Understand the context in which the product is inserted;
Extract and compile information from the stakeholder concerned;
Collect the main frustrations and pains of users identified by internal teams, ensure that all points of view have a voice and contribute.

🔎 Search and experiment

To understand needs, motivations, and behavior;
Define the research strategy to answer the business question and identify opportunities with direct observation of users with minimal bias;
For each research problem, there is a recommended method. The planning will be carried out according to the challenge

🤝 Share and Engage

Seek an environment in which teams understand and believe in opportunities;
Making information accessible and easy to find and understand will prevent rework and increase the teams' awareness of the issues;
Encourage the team to understand the insights instead of simply leaving them in a repository and believing that someone will read in the rush of everyday life.

📊 Evaluate and Measure

Turn research results into innovative solutions;
Creating an environment where all teams can contribute to the user-focused solution fosters "user-centered culture" rather than "a user-centered step";
Reduce the cost of changes by testing the solution with early-stage users;
Set the research schedule. The more you test, the more the business grows.
